Tartlettes breakfast flatbread pizza

The flavour combination is incredible ! The sweetness of our homemade chutney along with the 2 cheeses , complements the picked walnuts and cornichons ! Super scrumptious !


Quick side note! The amounts for your pizza toppings depends entirely on you. You can add more or less.


Ingredients:

- 1 pack of flat bread pizza (or you can make it, your choice )


- 2 Sliced picked walnuts from Opies


- 1 Camembert cheese


- 1 Gorgonzola cheese


- Handful sliced Cherry tomatoes


- 5 sliced spring onions


- 4 sliced cornichons from Opies


- Spreading of English mustard


- spreading of tomato chutney


- Handful of parsley for decor


Tomato chutney :

- 1 Red onion


- Cherry tomatoes (handful)


- 1 Red chilli (keeping seeds in if you want it a little spicy)


- 1 tsp of Vinegar


- Sliced basil


- Olive oil



Method:
  1. Firstly , make your tomato chutney. Fry red onions in olive oil. Add cut cherry tomatoes in half , add fresh chilli , vinegar and basil and stew.

  2. Pre heat the oven to 180C . Place your flat bread(s) onto a baking tray. Spread your mustard then tomato chutney. Then slice your camembert and gorgonzola and arrange on top. Then add your sliced cherry tomatoes , picked walnuts , spring onions and cornichons .

  3. Stick into the oven for 15- 20 minutes , keep checking on it though. You don’t want the bread to burn. When you’re happy with it take it out. Transfer over to a wooden chopping board. Sprinkle your parsley for decor. Cut and serve ! ENJOY!! XX
